Fresh, local and homemade

Trout from our own farm prepared in a variety of ways, regional specialities, homemade apple strudel… Add a unique flavour to your South Tyrol holiday with lunch or dinner at the Krebsbach restaurant, or drop by for a cup of tea and a slice of our strawberry cake or Black Forest gateau, baked according to a traditional recipe. At Krebsbach restaurant and bar we also serve fresh asparagus or mushrooms, depending on the season, as well as homemade fruit juices – our quince juice is a great favourite among patrons.
